 Health Guide Drug Guide Histoplasmosis, disseminated in HIV patient This is a skin lesion resulting from disseminated histoplasmosis. Histoplasmosis occurs most frequently as a lung infection, however it can infect the skin or become distributed (disseminated) to internal organs.
